00:00:00-00:01:59 Welcome to the Internet Marketing Boardroom Podcasts Session 1!
Welcome to the Internet Marketing Boardroom where you will get behind the scenes information on the most cutting edge online marketing and social media strategies working today, quick-chasing customers, learn how to get more traffic, get more news, get more sales and start being more productive today. And now, here is your host Keith Kranc. Welcome to the first episode of the internet marketing boardroom podcast. I am very excited for this episode. This has been a long time in the making. Actually, I’ve been planning on having my own podcast for quite a while and part of it was, you know, setting up a technical site of things, part of it was just being busy with lots of different projects going on and lots of different contents being created but I’m very excited for future podcasts, for the guests that I’ve got planned on having on the show. It’s just gonna be exciting. I love; I listen to a lot of podcasts myself. I would probably dedicate an entire episode about how to learn effectively and how to manage their time and use that time effectively to learn. But, I listen to a lot of different podcasts if I am, you know I f I am all alone. If I am driving, I am always constantly learning and I literally run out of podcasts to listen to because I am always looking for something that’s great out there. That’s one of the reasons that I’ve been so motivated to really start my own podcasts
00:02:00-00:03:59 to is because I’ve learned so much because you know when you only have certain amount of hours during a day. You need to really be focus and if you’re on your own business if you’re an entrepreneur, a small business owner, a big business owner, whatever it is, I guarantee you have always been battling with time management, how to effectively, you know, make the best use of your time and do high value things when you’re working and so for me, obviously, you know, you don’t wanna do the learning all the time. Right? A lot of us, you know, we really like to do learning but it is so easy to get distracted. So, podcasts are great because you can take that and upload them on to your phone or your mp3 player and you don’t even need the internet connection. You could be doing anything. You know, I could be on the mall with my 3 and half boy because there’s a mall nearby that all kinds of different toys that he loves to go, play on! And, literally, I’ll be listening to my podcasts while his playing. It’s great. So, about being said, each podcasts is gonna be, you know, between 30 and 45 minutes long probably. But, I’m not promising anything. Each podcasts will have a life tip of the day at the end of the episode and today’s life tip of the day, this is gonna be a non-business related tip, you know, that will help you live longer, live healthier and most of all live a happier life. Okay? Today’s life tip of the day will be, it’s a sleep. It’s about how to master the sleep cycle and how you literally, if you understand from strategies, you can live on 2 hours of sleep at night and still be just as effective and get just enough rest. But there are definitely strategies involved and you have to listen to the tip to find out what I’m talking about.SO, pretty cool stuffs. So, for today episode for the content we’re gonna be going
00:04:00-00:05:59 over. It is basically, I wanted to build a foundation. So, my first episode is going to be on how to set up sales tunnels and automated systems and processors for your business. So you can now have customers asking you for your products, asking you for your businesses or services instead of you going out there begging for more business. You know really how to automate the entire process and really change the entire perception of you and your brand for a long-term success and growth. This will be the foundation for every marketing strategy you implement from here on out. You know, I’ve learned a lot over the years of doing online marketing and social media marketing, search engine marketing and truly, what I have learned is that if you skimped on the time it takes to create a great offer to have everything wrapped around and revolved around, then you’re never gonna get to the next step. So what I mean is, whether you’re marketing your business through Facebook, through the Internet, through videos, through YouTube, Twitter, whether you’re just getting in to those channels or you’re not using any of them. Even if you have a freaking mortar business and you’re not doing any online marketing yet, you still need to really truly to what I have to say because businesses, people have taken small carpet cleaning businesses. For example, and, without doing any online marketing and taking it from a $50,000 a year business to literally 6 and 7 figure businesses by using these strategies okay? And what I am talking about is using direct response marketing and using an education-based marketing strategy. So, for example,
00:06:00-00:07:59 if you’re a carpet cleaner, you kind of revolve all of your marketing in your business around education-based marketing and you might offer a free carpet ____to kind of revolve your business around. So all of your marketing is drive around offering a free ____ of somebody’s carpet. Let’s say you can come in there and you can give them some free advice. And maybe on your website you’ve got a top ten ways to add ten years to the life of your carpet or something like that. Okay, so maybe its weight loss, you give away some great free information on you know, learn how to lose 21lbs. in the next 60 days and they can enter your email list to get access to that great free content. Okay? Now, depending on the kind of business you are in but most businesses lie in this category where, if you can offer some great educational information, what it does for you is it does; it is basically a three-way wind scenario. It’s gonna help you get more traffic and more exposure by using strategies that we teach to offer this great educational content. It’s gonna increase your credibility. It’s gonna build a rapport. Okay so, it’s kind of a, it’s a three-way wind. You end up getting more exposure to your business. You become the expert or authority to your business and then you also build rapport or you build relationship automatically with this person or this potential customer because by doing this, what you’re doing is your putting the systems into place. Okay? If you’re offering a free guide on how to lose wait? How to live longer? How to or maybe it’s a 13 minute video ________ a client that does dog training. He has got a 13 to 14 minute video on how to house break your pet. That’s a great free video that he offers. Okay? Now what that does is, I’m sorry, in order to get this free video, free content, you know he doesn’t
00:08:00-00:09:59 get an email from somebody and then have to go manly and send them an email or send them a cd in the mail. All this happens behind the scenes. Okay? You set it up one time and you forget about it. Okay? No, literally, you don’t forget about your marketing, but but what you do is when you set systems up like this, it’s just unbelievable because what happens is now if you have a free 14 minute video to offer somebody that comes to your website, comes to your Facebook page, sees one of your videos, maybe it’s a _____ event and it’s on the back of your business card. Okay? Come to my Facebook page to get a free video on how to house break in the next 10 minutes or something like that. Okay? Now when they come to your Facebook page or your website then they can, all they have to do is they can enter their email, enter their name and email, and connect with Facebook or how you ever it set up and now they can get this free content that you have delivered automatically into their inbox because you’ve got it set up behind the scenes and you’ve done it with your auto responder system. And now, they are getting to learn more about their business. Maybe it will help them make a better smarter buying decision when they go to hire that person whether they hire you or not. They are building massive trust with you, and you are now positioned as the expert or authority. Okay? Now, don’t take this lightly because this is a big big deal, and you know you might have even heard what I am talking about right now and you’re thinking awhile this is a basic stuff, I don’t need to hear this. Well, please stay on this podcast because it’s very important. For example, I’ve got a client in a, FITNESS. Okay? And we’re getting tons of traffic and tons of views on this YouTube channel and stuff. And I’m trying to really push him to understand the power
00:10:00-00:11:59 behind having a just an epic free offer. Okay? And what happens is people think I’ll just make a quick little one page free gift, you know. I’ll make it real quick on a word document turn it into a PDF and they can get it right? It’s a top 5 list. Well, you gotta remember, this is the first impression okay? And this is how you gonna establish yourself as the expert, the authority and you’re gonna be building trust at the same time so, you need to put, you need to, even though you might be given away this offer for free, and you probably are, you need to be in the frame of mind that this, you are selling this either for $10,000. Because, really, if you set up yourself upon correctly, you can sell a $10,000 product on the fourth or fifth email. They get sent out automatically after they receive your great free content because now you built all of these psychological factors you’ve brought in where trust, authority and all these great, great lots of influence as Dr. Robert ______, some people say _____ it’s, I’ve heard it both ways. I really think it’s _____ because I haven’t met him in person yet but he has one of the probably the best book ever written on the psychology of sales and marketing. Okay, and just, if you ever been in a sales page or ever learned from one of the top marketers, or ever bought a product from some of the best and biggest companies in the world? I can almost guarantee that the person behind that marketing has read Robert _____ work. Okay? And one of his best books, one of his all-time best-sellers is called Influence:
00:12:00-00:13:59 the psychology of persuasion. Okay? I’m gonna put the book in the notes for this podcast because trust me you need to read it and so many Ph D professors in social psychology and just human behaviour at Harvard and a lot of the top business colleges in the world reference his materials and let alone all the best marketers offline and online and when it comes to direct response marketing. So, the second law that he talks about is the law of reciprocity and he tells a great story of the Hare Krishna’s society. Okay? It’s a great fund raising strategy that they used that a lot of you have probably seen in airports and public places throughout the world and it’s a great story of what people do. He’s got a lot of different stories on law of reciprocity with testing. His book is great because it’s all about stories in testing and testing and seen how people react to different scenarios. But the Hare Krishna society is an eastern religious sect with century old roots traceable to the Indians so you’ve all caught up. Okay so, it’s a spectacular modern day story occurred in 1970’s okay, when it experienced a remarkable growth not only in followers but also in wealth and property. Okay? The economic growth was basically funded through a variety of activities but the principle and still most visible which is the request for donations by society members from passers-by in public places. Okay? Basically the gist of the story is this people go out and they basically you know beg for money, you know, they beg and they try to tell you a little bit about their religion and they ask you to give them money to donate to their charity. Okay? And so, they could
00:14:00-00:15:59 be annoying, they dress in these robes and a lot of people especially in the U.S. are absolutely can’t stand to be around with these people. And it annoys a lot of people right? So what happen was, when they started, basically people were getting annoyed with them, and they decided to have to try something different. And one particular thing about the law of reciprocity is in the law of reciprocity; you are not required to actually like the person that you are being reciprocal to. It’s a big big deal and there’s definitely great explanation on that. But, they prove it right here. Basically, what they started to do was they started going after people and first now offering them a free gift such as a free book, a small book or really more popular was a flower. They walk after somebody and you are in the crowd and a person would thrust his flower into the palm of your hand. And then once there, they actually love reciprocity was able to set in, then they would approach them and kinda continue and ask them for the donation and the numbers were staggering and most people, what they would do is they would end up giving them a donation because felt so obligated to and then they would walk by and toss it in the garbage. And check this out, this Christian society, people would actually go out around the corner to the dumpster and they will grab the flowers and they will be starting to recycle the flowers that they were giving people and just recycle them, recycle them, recycle them and getting the, to use this law of reciprocity to have people give them more money and it’s just unbelievable. There’s so many different,
00:16:00-00:17:59 you know, how about the people to give away the free sample you know, the distributors they give you a free sample to let you try but also he’s also using the law of reciprocity to his favour to really get you to open up and be more open to their picture or presentation I guess, you know. It’s very powerful so keep that in the back of your mind as you’re moving forward. So, now I’ve mentioned the word direct response marketing quite a bit already in this podcast and if you’re not familiar with direct response marketing you really need to, you learn to get familiar with it because everything we do revolves around the strategy of direct response marketing and what that means is. Is it when you develop a marketing sequence that, you are setting up your marketing in a way that somebody has to take action. Okay? So, you are leading them along the way to make an action whether that is to go to your website, call you, send a letter in or whatever it is. There’s a lot of different strategies. But basically, and just because its direct response marketing it doesn’t mean that you want them to take an action right now. Okay? It can definitely be a very very long sales process. But, there’s always a method behind the madness, okay? We’re not gonna be doing this big big brand advertising. The Maddison have a new stuff that the big brands do okay. The only way to be successful doing big brand advertising and that’s on a smaller scale too. I’m talking image advertising on local newspaper or magazine. Okay? Next stuff, honestly, you might not agree with me but it just doesn’t work unless you have like
00:18:00-00:19:59 millions of dollars to spend in your advertising budget. Yes brand advertising works if you have a hundred million dollar to spend and engage your brand everywhere like Coca-Cola does. Okay, so, if you’re a small or medium size business or even a medium size company then I’m telling you right now, brand advertising, Maddison have a new style where you learn in college. It’s gonna be a big waste of money and you’re gonna spend a lot of money and it’s gonna be tough to measure but that’s what everybody learns when they go to college to learn marketing. So, it’s kinda funny but no it’s actually kind of funny is Bill Philips, the creator of the body for life, the author of the book body for life and the system and the owner and CEO of EAS sports supplements and just a massive hundreds of million dollar company and he did a lot of direct response marketing but a lot of people didn’t even realize that he used to do, he actually said one time in an interview, that hey guys I used to do magazines, health and fitness magazines ads, ads in some of that fitness magazines just to throw my competitors off. I would do a banner ad or a little you know, 3 quarter page add to throw my competition off so they would copy those methods. While on the other side, I was doing very tactical direct response marketing. Now, don’t get me wrong when I say he was doing magazine ads to throw people off and newspapers ads are bad. I don’t mean that all magazines ads are bad. I mean the image, the big pretty showing off your logo, image advertising. Okay, that’s what I’m talking about its words that sell not the big image and that’s he would do, throw people off with that kind of marketing compared to direct
00:20:00-00:21:59 response strong powerful words. Now when you are, you know, the sexy thing when it comes to marketing is traffic traffic traffic and trust me I’m gonna spend a lot of these podcasts that are gonna be completely dedicated to how to get more traffic, okay? How to get your website ranked in Google? HOW TO GET VIDEOS RANKED IN THE TOP OF GOOGLE within a couple of weeks? Okay? How we’ve been able to get over 200000 views with our videos, how do we use Facebook to generate leads, how to run Facebook Ads to literally get customers on demand for your business, okay, there’s a lot of ways that you can, you can drive traffic to your channels, but if you don’t have the fundamentals down, then there’s no reason to be even doing that. So you’ve got to base all of your marketing around this education-based marketing so you can build yourself up as that expert and also, so now, what this also does is it gives you some great opportunities for headlines and some great reasons for somebody to come to your website, to come to your Facebook page okay? So, on that topic, when it comes to you know, social media marketing and online marketing, what you want to do is your basically building out, it’s one big sales funnel. So picture a big white board right now and draw a big funnel on that white board, okay. The very bottom of that funnel is a new customer right, hopefully a long-term customer. Okay, and at the top of this funnel, the very top of the funnel are all these different ways that you’re driving traffic to the top of your funnel. You have Facebook, you’ve got Facebook Marketing, Facebook Advertising, you have YouTube Videos, just random video marketing, you’ve got search engine optimization, you’ve got blogging,
00:22:00-00:23:59 you have direct mail, newspaper ads, TV ads, radio ads, networking events and anything else you can think of. There’s so many different ways. You’ve got Twitter, just obviously all the different social media channels, okay. So, now, what you’re doing now is you’re, you’re following your marketing system okay? So basically, let’s just say for example you have a website. So, if you have a website, maybe it’s a word press website, then this basically is kind of your hub, okay, this kind of a you know, 3 quarters is a way up your funnel. Okay, so, when you start to run all of these different marketing campaigns and you really want to have a “be everywhere now” approach. Okay, Kathlyn, one of the great marketers that I listen to her podcasts and read her blog. She has a full podcast episode about called be everywhere now and it’s a great episode. But, when you know, you do want to be everywhere now; you don’t want to get overwhelmed. But, you want to focus on the big ones. You know, YouTube and Facebook for sure, you know, Twitter, is an unbelievable way to get customers. Now, let’s just say we’re focusing on YouTube, and Facebook, and Twitter and whatever you’re doing on your offline marketing. So, that’s not too hard, that’s just three basic ones. But, a lot of people will tell you to stick with one social media channel and master it. Now, I agree a little bit but at the same time you do need to be in the other areas. Me for example, I need to work more on Twitter and the general spending more time marketing on Facebook. We spend a lot more time with video and paid traffic and SEO. So there’s other areas I’m working on but we get traffic from all of these areas. So, you really do need to be kind of using all of these channels. But what
00:24:00-00:25:59 we are doing is now is you’re kind of picturing yourself as designing this your art, the architect of the building and the foundation is all of these media channels and then what you’re doing is, your funnelling them to let’s just say your website. So, if you’re getting very content on Twitter, then you’re sending them to your website. If you have a great video that you’re, you know, it’s a 2 minute video, it’s a 10 minute video teaching somebody how to do something and at the end of that video you have a callouts action that says, if you go to www.mysite.com you can download my free report on the top 10 ways to live 200 years without losing weight or exercising and eating pizza every single night. Well, that’d be great right? You get the point? So, under the videos you have callouts to action and links and your descriptions sending traffic to your website, Facebook. Facebook is a little bit different depending on what it is, but if it’s your business page, you’re gonna, Facebook is a little bit in a hub of itself because you can have a costumed landing page on Facebook where you can offer some great free information okay and you can get leads and you can have contests and stuffs, Facebook can be a part of you know your funnelling traffic to Facebook especially if you don’t have a website. So, think about Facebook and your website and your hub, but you can always funnel people from Facebook or maybe once they are on Facebook and they join your list because you have a free offer on Facebook then, you know, maybe they want your emails, you’re driving them back to your website. But, that’s only if your website is your hub, if you don’t have a website, don’t stress about it right now. You know, you can use Facebook as your hub
00:26:00-00:27:59 you know, and YouTube and the others. And you know, if you’re not doing any videos right now, don’t stress about that but you know, you can do great videos without even a camera. You can screen record videos in a lot of ways that the best videos that work out there because people they can learn this free software on doing screen record videos. So, anyways, now what we’re doing is you’re funnelling this traffic right, to now give away you’re free offer. So, whether if you’re a local business like a restaurant or something like that, your free offer might be a coupon. There’s definitely businesses that are gonna offer a coupon you know; buy one get one free or a 50% off. But most of the businesses if you’re consulting to these service business, product business, you might be offered some great free content and think hard on this because even if you don’t think you have something I almost guarantee, you have something that people, that your customer, answer to their questions. You know, kind of a, think about the top 10 questions that people are asking and the most frequently asked questions and also maybe some of the questions that people should be asking but aren’t, okay and create, start off small just to get something done you know, start off with the couple of page, free guide or special report but then over time, you know make it improved or maybe it’s a 5-day email series where they get dripped 5 tips over 5 days that’s a great way to do it. And then on that 5tyh day, then you can count on have a strong called action driving that person to your website or your offer or to your Facebook page that’s your hub, okay. Get the point? If you don’t wanna do a 5 email series drip, you can do a 1 email that has you know 80% content and then the bottom 20% is kind of a pitch or a you know, your sales’ pitch to get them
00:28:00-00:29:59 back to your website. So, you know, I haven’t really said this loud but, what you’re doing here is you’re doing a lot of marketing but you’re not selling that _____. You know, that is how I’m always talking and giving away high quality information, so, you know you can be on Facebook a lot. Some of these social media channels and people don’t feel like they’re getting spammed because you’re not selling anything okay, you’re building relationship. Facebook and somebody’s social media channels take about a mess the party okay. When you meet a guy on a party or a girl on a party or at a coffee shop okay, you don’t go hi my name is Keith, by the way I have got an unbelievable car that I want to sell you blah blah blah blah blah right or I’ve got a way that you can make $10,000 on the next 30 days. You don’t say that after meeting in 30 seconds do you? Or if you do, I guarantee, nobody likes you. Now, but, some of the biggest deals and some of the biggest sales are made from that meeting at a party or at a coffee shop okay? But it is made after you build a relationship. So, social media is the top of the sales, okay you’re building a relationship but you’re offering some great free advice ion exchange for their contact information to build that relationship automatically okay and then you can move in to selling your product. So, you know there’s other ways with the social media marketing, with direct response Facebook advertising, you know Google AdWords, SEO or where you’re moving them to right from there, right to your product to sell it. I’m not saying that you never want to sell right away depending on what your product is a lot of way, a lot of variance. You’re gonna wanna take them right to your sales page and make us sell immediately okay. But I’m just trying to use these different examples, so you will understand
00:30:00-00:31:59 this whole sales funnel process and you know foundation of education-based marketing. Okay while you’re out there thinking about how you can have a great initial offer or if you already have enough for how you can prove that offer and improve that offer and improve the follow-up system. So, the follow-up process is the most important part. We are working on right now on our funnel, on our sales funnel because it’s not good enough, it needs to be way better. I need to have, it’s a whole project for us. Now, this is how you build that relationship so when you have a great free offer, you have to have 6 to 7 to 21 emails that follow-up these people, your prospects, over a period of time and you wanna put some thought and effort into these. Now, when you’re putting thought and effort into what should be your offer, think about, really kind of close your eyes and get inside the mind of your ideal customers okay. Think about their fears and frustrations okay? And if you have the ability to ask them, do that okay. If you have a business, they come in. if you are already doing other things, set up a survey, have an email that goes out, have something inside your business. Ask them what are their biggest fears and frustrations with these is, whatever you’re main product or service is. What’s your biggest fear, frustration you know and maybe what are you trying to accomplish. That’s a big big thing. So when you’re thinking about or kind of thinking about you know what people really, is there a pain or trying to solve or trying to, is there a very strong emotional involvement. Think about those things okay, and I hope you come up with your content and your headlines or stuff like that. So, okay, I hope you have a basic understanding of how the sales process and the sales funnel should work
00:32:00-00:33:059 and if you already did, I hope you have a better understanding and more motivated to improve that offer okay. And once you have that offer and you have a great follow-up system then you can wrap up your traffic, there’s so many different ways to do that, that part is easy, you can do paid traffic, coming in to your site and really, you know have lists and customers on demand as long as you have this part really dialled and then have a great system to follow-up and obviously have a great product. I assumed you believed my product a 100%. Okay so that’s gonna be a wrap for the future segement. I want to let you know that this segment was brought to you by Dominic Web Media and Dominatewebmedia.com, we’ve got some great free trainings, speaking-up, having a great free offer. we’ve got an unbelievable email serious on how you can get more leads, sales and customers with social media, video marketing, Facebook, Facebook Advertising, some unbelievable great techniques,. Dominatewebmedia.com and get access to that free training now. And the life tip of the day is how to master the sleep cycle, how to get more done, become more productive, sleep less, produce more and just feel better about yourself because you’re getting much more done. And also, if you have a night worry, you can get the right amount of sleep and for some reason you only get a chance to get 4 hours or 5 hours of sleep then next day
00:34:00-00:35:59 you don’t have that worried feeling that oh my gosh I’m going to crash at the end of the day so I need to get as much done as I can in the morning because I’m gonna be so tired later on. I’m gonna have to go to bed so early tonight. No, once you understand this, you’ll realize that all I need to do is take a 20-minute nap or maybe I’ll have to take 2 20-minute naps and I’ll be back to where I was the day before. Okay, I don’t want to go into details about this ‘coz there is a complete you know, hundred books and papers written on the sleep cycle. But, one of the greatest resources was a book called The Four Hour Body by Tim Ferriss okay. If you haven’t heard of Tim Ferriss, he wrote the best-selling book called THE FOUR HOUR WORK WEEK. It’s an unbelievable book that really inspired thousands and thousands of probably millions of marketers and vagabonds all around the world on how to outsource their life, outsource their work, and really become more productive and travel the world and build a business online. But, he then, from there, he wrote another book, about 4, 5 to 6 years later because he is very passionate and he is just unbelievable, passionate about the body okay and he has sleep apnoea. So this guy has unlimited funds and unlimited resources to the best doctors in the world and sports, medicine and coachees and all these different type of people, unbelievable. He literally had over a hundred blood tests done; sleep I don’t know contraptions connected to him all hours at night, all the time. So, we’re talking major major testing on these stuffs, pretty cool stuffs. But basically, long story or short, when you sleep through the night, you go through sleep cycles okay. And one sleep cycle is about an hour and 30 minutes, so 90 minutes. So if you sleep a full like 7 and half or 8 hour a night, then your’re gonna go through
00:36:00-00:37:59 an hour and a half an hour and a half an hour and a half an hour and a half, you’re gonna go through at least 5 cycles right? Now when you go to these sleep cycles what happens is, you’ve probably heard of Rem’s sleep and all these different sleep cycles right, stage 1, 2, 3, 4,and 5. Well, the important part to realize is when you go to that deep sleep okay, that is that sleep that, it’s not the effective sleep that your body really needs. The most effective sleep to get you rested is that first couple of stages of sleep okay, it’s when you’re in that REM sleep, REM, it’s called Rap an Eye Movement. It’s when you’re dreaming. It’s right after you fall asleep and it’s right before you wake up if you wake up naturally. That’s why you only remember your dreams when you’re having a dream right before you wake up. You know, sometimes you never remember the dreams in the middle of the night. You might think you did but you probably woke up after. But anyways, the point is there is a lot of science behind it. But basically, it’s that sleep that’s the most effective sleep that’s giving your body physically, mentally the rest that you need. So, for example, if you, let’s say, sleep 6 hours at night, you know the perfect rest would be 7 and half to 8 hours of sleep right, that’s what an adult needs. The next day, if you go ahead and take a 20-minute nap, you know, you probably heard take a 15 to 40 minute nap because it keeps you in that REM sleep so that’s a pretty good window there. You might find out that 25 works better or maybe 30 for you but honestly, for me 15 – 20. You know, if you ever have fall, fallen asleep sorry in a school or something like that real quick you know and you woke up felt way more rested. You know, it’s a few minutes later you did. That’s why, now what happens is, it’s kind of like when you sleep too long, you know you’re tired all day right
00:38:00-00:39:59 or if you drink too much. If you do this, and you drink the night before, that’s gonna screw up everything. So, you know one to two glasses of wine is okay but too much is gonna screw up your sleep cycle. The point is about the 20-minute nap is the same affective sleep as an hour and half okay of sleep because that whole middle period there is almost like wasted sleep. So if you wanna sleep 4 hours and half at night, you can sleep four and half hours and the next day you have 2 20 – minute naps. You know, 2 different naps a day to make up an hour and half and another hour and half. And the reason that I set 4 hours and half of sleep is because you need to wake up at the end of this cycle, so you need to be waking up when you’re in that REM sleep still okay before you go into the deep sleep because if you wake up in your deep sleep you’re gonna be craggy all day and it’s gonna be tough to get more energy. There are two separate things that you want to focus on here. One, you wanna really try to sleep at night maybe setting an alarm on a certain time. You set your alarm to 4 and half hours, 6 hours or 7 and half okay. What I usually do I try to set mine to 4 and half hours or 6 hours depending on how I feel. And on the next day, I’ll have either one nap, afternoon or if I did the four and half hour sleep, I’ll do 2 naps, okay. And by doing that, trust me if you try it a few times, you’ll feel at night that you’re more awake than you ever felt before. It will take some time for your body to get used to it. For me, it’s tough to get on that schedule because I got a three and half year old boy and a lot of times my schedule is different. So I can’t do the same thing every day just like you probably can. Now I know I mentioned you can sleep 2 hours at night and still be rested. If you take this strategy to the extreme level, for example
00:40:00-00:42:00 Matt Mullenweg , the founder and creator of WordPress okay, now basically the largest web design website platform content management system of the world, he built WordPress by using the uber sleep cycles or what _______ calls it by sleeping 2 hours at night and having a nap basically an hour and half at night and having a nap throughout the entire day, every I think It’s every three hours you have a 20-minute nap and have to do the Math. My point is, he didn’t sleep more than 2 hours at night and then throughout the day he got on a perfect schedule. And if you’re gonna go to that extreme, you need to be on a perfect schedule, I think it’s every 3 hours and you need to have at least let see here, If he sleeps 1 hour and half to 2 at night then you need 1 2 3 4, I think four naps throughout the day, that’s gonna equal to 6 hours. Yes, so basically you need to take 4 naps throughout the day. He went on that cycle for an entire year and he got to the point or he didn’t even need an alarm because his body was set to it. So, trust me, I mean it works I do it all the time and it makes you feel better because you know now you didn’t get enough sleep last night maybe, but you know you can take a 20 – minute nap and you’re gonna be rested you know. Even if you fall asleep for 10 minutes, unbelievable what it does for you, to your body and you just feel so much better. So, I wanted to give you that tip of the day and I hope you enjoy it. I hope you enjoy the first podcast. I know it was a lot of information kind of throwing at you .trust me, the rest of the podcast episode are gonna be a lot more focused on one topic so it’s not gonna be kind of all over the place like this one was and I’m gonna have some unbelievable experts and authorities form all over the board and all over the world.

I assumed you believed my product a 100%. Okay so that’s gonna be a wrap for the future segement.
